These terms apply to all orders placed on tipusha.com, run by Tipusha, United Kingdom. Contact: info@tipusha.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. Orders
When you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error has been made, and will refund you in full if so.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure payment provider.
3. Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Some items ship from different warehouses and may arrive separately. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
4. Cancellations and returns
You have 14 days from receiving your items to cancel your order for any reason. Faulty or incorrect items are covered by your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Full details are in our Refund and Returns Policy.
5. Product information
We try to describe and show products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Sizes and measurements are approximate.
6. Discount codes
Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time. Code GET10 gives 10% off one order per customer.
7. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
8. Your data
We use your personal information only as set out in our Privacy Policy.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland depending on where you live.
