Returns & refunds
You can return most items within 14 days of receiving them. Faulty or wrong items? Tell us within 30 days and we’ll put it right for free. Email info@tipusha.com with your order number to start a return. Read our full Refund and Returns Policy.

We accept major debit and credit cards. All payments are processed securely, and we never see or store your full card details.

Yes, if it hasn’t shipped yet. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.

Sorry about that! Email us a photo within 30 days and we’ll send a replacement or a full refund.
I haven’t received my order.
Check your tracking first. If it’s past the estimated delivery date, contact us and we’ll chase it for you.
