This Privacy Policy explains how Tipusha (“Tipusha”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses your personal data when you visit or buy from tipusha.com. We are the data controller for your information under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

2. What we collect
- Order details: name, billing and delivery address, email, phone number and what you bought.
- Account details: if you create an account, your login details and order history.
- Payment details: card payments are handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Website data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies (see section 7).
- Messages: anything you send us through our contact form or by email, and any product reviews you post.
3. Why we use it (and our legal basis)
- To process, deliver and support your order — to perform our contract with you.
- To keep tax and accounting records — to meet our legal obligations.
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure — our legitimate interests.
- To remind you about items left in your basket and ask for a review after purchase — our legitimate interests; you can opt out at any time.
- To send marketing emails — only with your consent; every email has an unsubscribe link.
4. Who we share it with
We only share what is needed with: our payment provider (Stripe), our suppliers and delivery companies (to fulfil your order), our website host (Hostinger), and professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it. We never sell your data.
5. International transfers
Some of our service providers and suppliers may process data outside the UK. When this happens we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK-approved contract clauses.
6. How long we keep it
We keep order and accounting records for 6 years, as UK tax law requires. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete your account. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the basket and checkout, and optional cookies to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, to object to how we use it, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email info@tipusha.com. We will reply within one month.
